Abernathy Roofing & Solar is hiring experienced and motivated sales reps to add to our team Nixa Missouri location

We are a highly reputable family-owned roofing company that has been providing roofing services in MO, KS and OK for 21 years.

Abernathy is a Platinum Contractor for Owens Corning meeting rigorous quality standards. We invest heavily in advertising, branding, reputation building, and customer service working to make your job as a sales representative as easy as possible.

We will provide you with the leads and the tools you need to sell. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, writing estimates, signing contracts, and collecting payments. We will provide you with training and support until you feel comfortable with our system, CRM, and company.

Abernathy is on the cutting edge of bringing Roofing and Solar together to the residential and commercial markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$100,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

  • Direct sales: 5 years (Preferred)
