We weren’t sure if the damage was storm-related or simply due to the age of our roof. Chris Martinez came out, thoroughly inspected our attic, the interior areas where we were seeing water intrusion, and the roof itself.

Chris was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated that he understood we were hoping the damage was storm-related and might qualify for an insurance claim. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him or dismissed our concerns. Instead, he took the time to explain the claims process, answered all of our questions, and even plans to meet with our insurance adjuster during their inspection. This spring we had wind damage That ripped off a piece of fascia on the top level of the roof. Alex came out on time and searched all over town for a color matched piece. He was not able to find it, but he did give me excellent recommendations On a comparable color And it looks great. Several weeks later, we had some siding come loose after another storm.
