Abernathy Roofing replaced our roof, gutters, deck, porch railings, basement windows, and installed vinyl siding. Each crew that came out to work was very professional and hard working. We were impressed that Jon, the owner, was on sight daily, kept us updated on everything, and welcomed any questions we had. I can’t say enough about how great Abernathy Roofing was to replace our roof!! Rick, our salesman, was excellent to make several trips to our house to meet with us and answer all of our questions and showed us a 3D model of our house on a laptop to display different roof colors to put us at ease about choosing our roof color. Rick went out of his way and went above any beyond for a special request of mine. Vance, our project manager, was amazing. The level of detail Vance went through to ensure no corners were cut, to ensure a high level professional job, and to ensure a perfect cleanup, was outstanding. All of the ladies in the office were very communicative to keep us informed about quotes as well as the different steps of the process. Days leading up to the roof install and the day of the install we received multiple text messages to inform me of where they were in the process. My neighbor used Anernathy for a roof replacement several weeks ago and I noticed that Abernathy came back out for them to fix a minor issue. That made me feel like Abernathy stood behind their promise to accept nothing but a happy customer. Another thing that impressed me was how highly all of the employees spoke about the owners and their dedication to a happy customer at all costs. Norm and his crew were here before the sun woke up! They have quite a system to get things done quickly. Roof completed, area cleaned up completely before evening time. I’m very happy with the way it looks.
